Our Partnership with JCI Imus Haligue
Elite Intellicare Staffing is proud to partner with JCI Imus Haligue, one of the oldest youth organizations in the City of Imus, Philippines. Founded in 1967 by Charter President Salvador "Bading" Castillo, JCI Imus Haligue has been a pillar of community service and development for over 50 years.
The Meaning of "Haligue"
The chapter's name, Haligue—a Filipino word meaning "pillar"—was inspired by Our Lady of the Pillar, the patron saint of the Diocese of Imus. From its early years, the organization maintained strong partnerships with both the local government and the Catholic Church, firmly rooting itself in civic and spiritual values.

Iconic Early Initiatives
Boys and Girls Week
A leadership program that gives selected student leaders the opportunity to serve as city officials and department heads of Imus for a full week, empowering youth through civic immersion and public service.
Sunduan ng Imus
A cultural event styled like a sagala, where escorts pick up muses from local families and parade through the streets of Poblacion, showcasing Filipino heritage and community pride.
Karakol ng Imus
A vibrant street dance celebration in honor of Our Lady of the Pillar, held annually during the city's feast day. Now in its 45th year, this event is a cornerstone of Imus' religious and cultural identity.
Supporting Education & Child Development
Supporting Education Through World Vision Philippines. Every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and reach their full potential. Through its partnership with World Vision Philippines (2019 to Present), Elite Intellicare Staffing extends its commitment to making a meaningful impact beyond healthcare. Currently supporting 15 children as of 2025, this collaboration helps children overcome the barriers that prevent them from completing their education.
