Ihya arrived in Canada in 2009 as a registered nurse, carrying with her the courage to start fresh in a new country and the heart to continue serving others. Balancing her life as a daughter, sister, mother, wife, and friend, she embodied compassion and resilience.
In 2015, she turned her dream into reality by founding Elite Intellicare Staffing — a company dedicated to supporting healthcare professionals and providing the highest standard of care across Canada.

Today, September 28, 2025, we not only celebrate a decade of Elite’s success — we also honor what would have been Ihya’s 43rd birthday. Though she is no longer with us, her legacy continues to inspire everything we do.
